1. The service

SignalPlayer is a media player application that plays back the media lists provided by the user (M3U / M3U8 / Xtream). The application does not contain, transmit or offer television channels or any other media content, and is not affiliated with any content provider.

2. User responsibility

The source of the played content is provided exclusively by the user. The user is responsible for ensuring that the lists and content they use are lawful, and that they are entitled to view them. The operator does not review and is not responsible for the content provided by the user.

3. Trial period and subscription

New devices receive a free trial period. After the trial period expires, continued use requires activation, which can be obtained through the reseller. Activation is done per device (based on MAC address), for a defined period of time.

4. Warranty and liability

The application is provided „as is". The operator makes no warranty of continuous, error-free operation, and is not liable for outages caused by third parties (e.g. the user's list provider) or for indirect damage arising on the user's device, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Amendments

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms and the application. The current version in force is available on this page.
