How to install it on your device
Installation differs slightly by platform — pick yours. Right now Android is available, the rest are coming soon.
Download the Downloader app
In your TV store (Android TV / Google Play, Fire TV) find and install the Downloader app.
Enter the code
Open Downloader and type the code into the field: 3244461 → then Go / Download. (Or the full address: signalplayer.app/app)
Install it
After the download, press Install. If the TV asks, allow installation from „unknown sources", then try again.
Read off the MAC address and key
Launch SignalPlayer → About. There you will see the device’s unique MAC address and its 6-digit key — you need both to sign in.
Enter your playlist + trial
On the 14-day trial page (convenient on your phone) sign in with the MAC and the 6-digit key, then enter your playlist link. (Or scan the QR code on the TV — it brings you straight here.) On the TV: ＋ Playlists → Load from the web.
Why Downloader?
You usually cannot load files directly onto a TV. The Downloader app is made exactly for this: from the address you enter, it downloads and installs the app straight onto the TV — with no USB and no computer.
On boxes and sticks too
On TV boxes and streaming sticks it works the same: install Downloader, enter the code 3244461 (or the address signalplayer.app/app), and you are done.
On phone / tablet
No Downloader needed here: open signalplayer.app/app in your browser, download and install the app (if asked, allow installation from „unknown sources"). The app opens in landscape.
